The Monte Vista Horsemanship Camps offer a tremendous opportunity to learn about horses and ride for hours every day!  We have a beautiful facility with comfortable cabins for our resident campers, and also offer full day and half day camps for local campers.

 

 

Our campers get to enjoy riding our wonderful horses and participate in activities such as archery, swimming every afternoon, special horsey crafts, and marshmallow roasting around the evening camp fires. Our riding lessons are of the highest quality, and safety of horse and rider is emphasized in the arena and on the trails.

 

 

Resident Campers arrive Sunday afternoon at 2:00 and spend the entire week learning about horse care and developing riding skills. There is plenty of time for fun at the swimming pool and making crafts with new friends after lunch.  Sat morning our campers  have an opportunity to show off their skills in our Horse Show with parents and friends watching.

Our horses are very well trained and love their jobs, and our campers always have a wonderful time at Monte Vista Horse Camp!

 

 

Cost for week long, resident camp is $799/ week.

Full day camp runs from 8:30- 4:30, Mon-Fri, and 8:30-12:00 on Sat.

Cost is $500/ week, which includes lunch everyday. 

Half day camp runs from 8:30-12:00, Mon-Sat. 

Cost is $350/ week.

Monte Vista Christian School is famous for the excellent, healthy  food served in the Epicurean Cafe!  Our Horsemanship Campers will enjoy three great meals a day.
