Monte Vista Christian School is one of only a handful of schools in the California with Equestrian facilities on campus. Students may take Horsemanship in place of PE class, or as an elective. We offer a fabulous opportunity to introduce your child to horses in a safe, fun environment at a very reasonable rate.
Offering lessons for beginners who have never seen a horse before, to the advanced, 'A' show rider, we have a great group of horses and experienced, knowledgeable staff. Students must own an ASTM approved helmet and riding boots with a heel.
To begin the sign up process for the fall semester of 2010, you may download the Horsemanship and Liability forms, or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page, and we'll contact you. For information on boarding your horse at Monte Vista or our after school lesson program, which is open to the public, you may download the Show Team document.
